Description of Service

The Kid Curator provides a content management studio for reviewing, approving, and publishing content to TikTok. The Service is intended for use by authorized content managers of the @thekidcurator account.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all content uploaded through the Service
• You must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Content must not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service to post to TikTok, you authorize us to transfer your content to TikTok’s platform on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content posting failures or account issues.
